9:30 a.m.: Arrival of shuttles from Montreal and Quebec.

9:45 a.m.: Start of the event (Auditorium A2-1016). Welcoming address by Jean-Pierre Perreault, Vice-Rector for Research and Graduate Studies. Presentation of the program and schedule for the day. 

10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.: "Academia Careers" (Auditorium A2-1016). Round table with various speakers about their career paths, from postdoctorate studies to an academic career, followed by a Q&A session.

4:45 p.m.: Closing remarks (Auditorium A2-1016). Closing words and acknowledgements by Jean-Pascal Lemelin, Assistant Vice-Rector for Research and Graduate Studies.

5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Cocktail and networking at the Café Caus (Dining Hall, building B5).

6p.m.: End of the event.

6 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.: Departure of shuttles to Montreal and Quebec.
