Assistance with Creating Scientific Posters

In the context of a presentation in poster format for a scientific or professional event, there are free resources at your disposal to help you (connection required).

Free Printing Service

Any print request that does not meet one of the eligibility criteria listed below, including the deadline, will be systematically refused.

Eligibility criteria to access the free printing service

  • This service is reserved for students registered in a Master’s or PhD program in Research at the Université de Sherbrooke (UdeS).
  • This service can be used for presentation at a scientific or professional event to be held in a location other than the Université de Sherbrooke (convention, symposium, colloquium, international conference, etc.), and that is not intended for the UdeS community.
  • You must use an institutional template if you want to access the free printing service. You must retain the institution’s signature image (university logo) as well as the exterior green border. At all times, the standards for using the UdeS logo must be respected. This means, among other things, that the protection zone must be respected.
  • Your order must meet the minimum time requested for the delivery of your poster.
  • Only one printing of each poster is authorized.

Delivery delays

Main Campus and Health Campus

Your poster will be delivered within three (3) business days* after the reception of your form by the supplier.

*Business days: Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not business days.

Longueuil Campus

Your poster will be delivered within four (4) business days* after the reception of your form by the supplier.

*Business days: Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not business days.

(The regular timeframe is three (3) business days for deliveries in Main Campus and Health Campus. The regular timeframe is four (4) business days for deliveries in Longueuil Campus.)
