Shuttles Information
For postdoctoral fellows from the Montreal and Quebec City areas, free, same-day charter buses will be available to take you to Sherbrooke.
If you wish to use the shuttle service, you must indicate this on the registration form.
Confirmation of the information, location and instructions for taking the shuttles will be sent by email a few days before the event, only to participants who have indicated in the form that they wish to use this service.
Montreal
Both La Québécoise buses will be on boulevard de Maisonneuve, between rue Berri and rue St-Hubert, near the Berri-UQAM station.
The departure will be at 7:30 am. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure. At the end of the event, the shuttle will bring you back to the same place.
Quebec City
The shuttle bus will pick up participants at the main entrance of the Pavillon Alphonse-Desjardins at Université Laval.
The departure will be at 6:30 am. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure. At the end of the event, the shuttle will bring participants back to the same place.

Returns to Montreal and Quebec City
Buses will drop you off at the PJ2 parking lot or along the traffic lanes near the outdoor stadium. It is also where the shuttles will be waiting for you at the end of the day.
