Registration

Registration is open from May 1st 8 AM to June 3rd 11 PM.

The number of participants is limited on a first come, first served basis.

Instructions for registration

  1. On the Fourwaves webpage, click on the "Inscription" tab, top left.
  2. Fill out the registration form.
  3. You will be asked to pay a $50 registration fee. You must pay this fee, which will be reimbursed if you are present at the event.
  4. Places are limited, this fee is necessary to reserve your place.

Cancellation and refund

The $50 registration fee will be refunded within a few days after the event, provided that you were present at the 9th Postdoctoral Day event.

A refund of 100% of the registration fee may be given if the cancellation is made beforeSunday, May 28, 2023, at 11:00 pm. After this time, no refund will be granted.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email at: 9e_Journee_carriere_spd_centrecr@USherbrooke.ca.

Pictures and consent

Please note that throughout the event, photos will be taken both inside and outside the buildings. Therefore, it is implicitly considered that you grant your consent to produce these photos. It is also understood that you accept that these photographs may be published on the 9th Annual Research/Postdoctoral Career Day photo album webpage as well as in press releases about the event and on the social networks of Université de Sherbrooke.
