Understand the elements that need to be taken into account when designing and planning vocational training learning situations. Design and plan learning situations while taking the following elements into account: students’ knowledge and abilities, the content of the subject matter and the ministry’s specifications.

Components of teaching-learning situations: the students’ characteristics and the teacher’s characteristics, the teaching context, workplace health and safety issues, the content and the elements of a competency. The instructional planning process in vocational training. The ministerial documents. Course outlines. Lesson plans. Designing teaching materials.
