Orfé Langlois

Orfé is a bachelor's student in psychology at the University of Sherbrooke. Passionate about the outdoors and outdoor sports since a young age, she is involved with CRÉPA to help make nature more accessible to young people. She hopes to incorporate a nature and adventure component into her future professional practice, convinced of the benefits of these approaches to psychological well-being. Curious and committed, Orfé is always looking for new challenges and learning opportunities, both in her academic career and in the heart of nature.
