Geneviève Bergeron

Geneviève Bergeron holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychoeducation, as well as a doctorate in education. She is currently a professor in the Department of Educational Sciences at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Co-holder of the Chaire institutionnelle d'excellence en enseignement Éducation par la nature et territoire apprenant (ÉNa-TerrA), her interests focus on education through nature, as well as psychosocial intervention through nature and adventure, particularly with young people experiencing adjustment difficulties. A researcher at the Laboratoire International sur l'Inclusion scolaire (LISIS), the Laboratoire sur la recherche-développement au service de la diversité (Lab-RD2) and the Réseau de recherche et de valorisation de la recherche sur le bienêtre et la réussite (RÉVERBÈRE), her work also focuses on inclusive teaching methods and classroom management to support learning and well-being for all.
