Marie-Hélène Guay

Marie-Hélène Guay is a professor and researcher at the University of Sherbrooke. With a PhD in the epistemology of education, she has dedicated her career to action research as a lever for participatory and caring innovations in school organizations in Quebec. Inspired by constructivist-developmental theories applied to management, her current research, teaching, and coaching focus on the development of competent and conscious leadership among school leaders, specifically school administrators.
