Brigitte Gagnon

Over the past 30 years, Brigitte Gagnon has worked in a school service center as a teacher, educational advisor, and mentor to school leaders in the implementation of professional and organizational development programs. 
As a professor and researcher in educational management at the University of Sherbrooke, she teaches students enrolled in professional doctoral and master's programs in educational management (training through action research). Her coaching and action research, in collaboration with schools, focuses on well-being, professional integration, the development of competent and conscious action by school leaders, and the development of learning organizations in education.
