Research interests
- Developing nanoporous semiconductor materials for practical applications.
- Developing porous semiconductor nanocomposites
and 2D materials for practical applications. - Create a toolbox for integrating wafer-scale technologies on Si wafers without loss of performance.
- Foster the convergence of new technologies, including quantum, power electronics and telecoms, on Si substrates.
