Important Dates

• Submit your work term offer: as of December 14;
• Postings: every week from January 19 to March 28, from Friday 4:00 p.m. To Monday 4:00 p.m. Submit your offer no later than March 28 for the last posting.
• Access your applications and request interviews : as of every Monday
• Conduct your interviews (remotely): every day as of January 30;
• Continuous Placement: quickly submit your rankings in Trivio, students have 24 hours to accept or decline your offer (as well as the offers of your competitors) Rankings will first be released on Febuary 1, 4:00 p.m.
• Work Term: from May 6 to August 16, 2024**

• Postings: every week from May 17 to July 29, from Friday 4:00 p.m. To Monday 4:00 p.m.

  when Monday is a public holiday, posting ends on Tuesday, 4:00 p.m.
• Access your applications: every Tuesday
  when Monday is a public holiday, applications are accessible on Wednesday
• Conduct your interviews : every day as of May 28;
• Placement: Continuous as soon as employers submit their rankings, students have 24 hours to inform employers of their choice on our Trivio platform (first come, first served basis)
  rankings will be accessible to students continuously as of May 30, 4:00 p.m.

• Conduct your interviews (remotely): every day as of September 25;
• Continuous Placement: quickly submit your rankings in Trivio; students have 24 hours to accept or decline your offer (as well as the offers of your competitors). Rankings will first be released on Septembrer 27, 4:00 p.m.;
• Work Term: from January 8 to April 19, 2023 (dates may vary from one work term to another).
