  • Submit your work term offer: as of August 21;
  • Postings: from September 19 to November 21, from Friday, 4:00 p.m. to Monday, 12:00 a.m.*
    when Friday is a public holiday, posting begins on Thursday, 4:00 p.m.
    when Monday is a public holiday, posting ends on Tuesday, 12:00 a.m.
  • Access your applications and request interviews : every Monday afternoon**
    when Monday is a public holiday, applications are accessible on Tuesday afternoon
  • Conduct your interviews (remotely): every day as of September 24, EXCEPT Monday September 29 and Tuesday September 30 (public holiday);
  • Continuous Placement: quickly submit your rankings in Trivio; students have 24 hours to accept or decline your offer (as well as the offers of your competitors). Rankings will first be released on September 26, 4:00 p.m.;
  • Work Term: from January 5 to April 17, 2025***
