Marc Bélanger

Marc Bélanger is a proud graduate of the MTP and recipient of the Université de Sherbrooke Faculty of Education’s Prix d’excellence en education in 2016.
After an unplanned but successful career in the food service industry, Marc began teaching sociology at Vanier College in 2002, and he has also taught in the Performa program since 2010.
Marc is particularly interested in research, having conducted several research projects himself, teaching research methods and statistics to CEGEP students, and serving as Chair on Vanier’s Research Ethics Board for several years.
He is very happy to now be teaching in the research component of the Performa program and is currently supervising two future graduates.
