Student Testimonials
Not only have Performa MTP courses helped me integrate teaching theory, but they've also modeled what an engaging and meaningful classroom should feel like. While completing these courses, I have increased my confidence in addressing my student's challenges, adapted my teaching practices based on various situations, and contributed to departmental changes in order to improve my student's learning experience.
The MTP had a profound impact on my teaching practice, even as I came into the program with significant teaching experience and two education degrees. It fundamentally reshaped how I design, instruct, and assess in my courses. Learning alongside teachers from other disciplines, and being guided by master teachers who model what they teach, strengthened my practice and broadened my appreciation for the pedagogy of teaching and learning.
