Enabling pedagogical counsellors (CP) to develop and consolidate their skills within a structured, collaborative framework that is tailored to their needs, while promoting the integration and transfer of learning and skills into their environment.
Who can benefit from this professional development?
Professional Codevelopment Groups are open to all regular daytime pedagogical counsellors in a supporting role to faculty, regardless of specific dossiers and for all levels of experience. Combining different practices, levels of experience and perspectives will contribute to the richness of this group.
