Mes travaux portent sur le fonctionnement et l’adaptation des individus, en particulier les jeunes adultes, dans les contextes scolaires et professionnels. Plus précisément, mes recherches s’articulent autour des thématiques suivantes :
- Santé psychologique aux études et au travail
- Déterminants individuels et contextuels de la santé psychologique aux études et au travail
- Rapport au travail et fonctionnement professionnel : sens, motivation, engagement, performance et persévérance
- Transitions scolaires et professionnelles
- Développement et validation d’instruments de mesure
Par ailleurs, dans un contexte social marqué par de nombreux bouleversements, un axe émergent de mes travaux porte sur les effets de stresseurs globaux (p. ex., coût de la vie, changements climatiques, conflits mondiaux) sur le rapport au travail et la santé psychologique des jeunes adultes.
