MonPortail (MyPortal) is a flexible, personalized space where you can find all the information you need to track your progress at the Université de Sherbrooke. It allows you to select your courses, view your transcript, access your file, and much more.

You can also access your student file from this page . Several other consultations and operations are also possible in this environment.

A common schedule is posted on each program page. The current or upcoming schedule for the next two to three semesters is usually presented, but with different levels of detail depending on whether the planning is at the preliminary stages, defined but yet to be completed, or completed.

Course registration usually opens 2.5 months prior to the start of the semester. An email and a newsletter are sent to the USherbrooke address of students with an active file to notify them of the opening and closing dates of registration and to invite them to register. A minimum number of registrations is required for a course to be offered. Each course has a maximum capacity of 18 enrolments. We operate on a first come, first served basis.

Once you receive the invitation to register, you can register yourself from your student portal MonPortail.

Once on the page, click on Liens rapides (QuicklLinks) in the left-hand menu. In the Inscription et préchoix de cours (Registration and course pre-selection) section, you must click on Signer ma fiche d’inscription en ligne (Sign my online registration form). Your student record will then appear on the screen. You must click on the Fiche d’inscription en ligne (Online registration form) button and make sure that all courses are selected and that they correspond to the ones in your program stream before clicking on Je signe et je confirme (I sign and confirm).

You can drop a course before the drop deadline from your student portal MonPortail or from your student file.

If you are unable to do so, you can also contact us at: pes.education@usherbrooke.ca using your Usherbrooke email address to make the request.

The deadline for course drop is indicated, among other things, on the schedule for the term in question and on your course plan.

Dropping a course does not entail additional charges and it will not appear on your transcript.

See the Academic Regulations, article 4.1.5 (Règlement des études, article 4.1.5) for more information.

It is necessary to contact us to request a course withdrawal before the deadline. To do so, you must write to pes.education@usherbrooke.ca using your Usherbrooke email address.

The deadline for course withdrawal is indicated on the schedule for the term in question and on your course plan.

Following a withdrawal, you will be charged the fees associated with the course. The grade of AB will appear on your transcript. However, this grade will not affect your cumulative grade point average. If you withdraw from a course after the deadline, a grade of W will appear on your transcript and will be counted in the calculation of your cumulative grade point average.

See Academic Regulations, section 4.2.5 (Règlement des études, article 4.2.5) for more information
