Deadline to submit your round-trip itinerary: April 24, 2026
Before purchasing your tickets (plane, train, or bus), please read the instructions below carefully.
Private shuttle service
A private shuttle service at no additional cost is provided between Montréal-Trudeau Airport and Hôtel Espace 4 Saisons in Orford (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes travel time).
To use the private shuttle service, you must submit your round-trip itinerary before April 24, 2026.
If we DO NOT receive your itinerary, we will assume that you WILL NOT use the shuttle service.
Shuttle times for Sunday, May 24 and Friday, June 5 will be posted here once all itineraries have been received.
Plan your arrival and departure
- Expected arrival: Sunday, May 24 (in time for dinner or later in the evening)
- Classes begin: Monday, May 25 at 8:30 a.m.
- Exam (for academic credits): Friday, June 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Please take this schedule into account when purchasing your tickets.
International flights
- Upon arrival at the airport: allow approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for custom clearance and baggage claim
- For your return on June 5: allow 5 hours between your departure from Espace 4 Saisons and your boarding time
