Step 3 - Registration

Once your application has been accepted

• Fill out the registration form and complete the full payment of the Summer School registration fees on the Fourwaves platform. (Platform will be live starting January 15)

Summer School registration fees include:

• The summer school academic course - includes presentations by experts in the field as well as guided practical work sessions and exercises related to the topics covered, led by the AlgoLab team. This format combines theoretical and practical learning in a collaborative environment.
• Admission fees at Université de Sherbrooke - these fees are covered by the Faculty of Science. You automatically apply for the 3 credits this course offers.
• Accommodation for the full duration of the summer school. Participants will be housed on the Bishop’s University campus in comfortable, modern rooms. Each participant will have their own private bedroom, equipped with a desk and Wi-Fi access. Bathrooms are shared between two rooms. Bedding, towels, and basic amenities are provided.
• Full meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared by a local caterer featuring fresh, regional ingredients. Food restrictions will be taken into account.
• Coffeeand snacks served throughout the day in common areas, encouraging informal discussions and networking among participants and speakers.
• Social activities designed to foster community and downtime, including an excursion and other cultural or recreational events.

No additional costs are required on site.
