Summer School Heading

Once your application has been accepted, please:

  1. Provide the required documents, regarding your status, in .pdf format. Make sure the document sent is easily readable and in high resolution.
  2. Complete the Admission Form.
  3. Send all documents to the email address shown below.

The Summer School program is recognized by Université de Sherbrooke as a 3-credit graduate-level course. Accreditation by your home institution remains optional.

1. Required documents for your admission to the School (3 credits)

Students registered at UdeS, regardless of migration status

  • No document

Quebecers registered in other Quebec universities

  • Permanent Code number of the Ministry of Education
  • Copy of birth certificate

Canadians born outside Quebec

  • Copy of birth certificate

Canadians born outside Canada

  • Copy of the Citizenship card, front and back OR copy of the Permanent Resident card, front and back + copy of passport
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of QSC (Quebec Selection Certificate) if applicable

International students registered in other Quebec universities

  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of QSC (Quebec Selection Certificate)
  • Copy of student permit

Quebecers

  • Permanent Code Number of the Ministry of Education

Canadian-born individuals from outside Quebec

  • Copy of birth certificate

Visa required?

To find out whether you need to obtain a visa before your arrival, consult the list of countries for which Immigration Canada requires a visa. Since processing times can be lengthy, it is recommended that you submit your application as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
