The Summer School registration fees include:
- The academic program of the Summer School, including lectures delivered by experts as well as guided exercise sessions related to the topics covered. This format combines theoretical instruction with hands-on practice in a collaborative environment.
- Admission fees to Université de Sherbrooke (3 credits) – the Faculty of Science covers these fees. You are automatically enrolled for 3 credits provided that you have completed the admission form (Step 2).
- Round trip shuttle service between Montreal airport (YUL) and Espace 4 Saisons in Orford.
- Accommodation for the full duration of the Summer School (12 nights). Participants will stay in comfortable, modern double-occupancy rooms. Bed linens, towels, and basic amenities are provided.
- Note: If single rooms are available, it will be possible to request one for an additional fee.
- Full meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared by the chef at Espace 4 Saisons, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
- Coffee, water, and snacks served throughout the day in common areas to encourage informal discussions and networking.
- Access to the pool, gym, and gamesroom to promote relaxation and networking.
- Administrative fees.
