OSCILLOSCOPE

The EXR104A, an Infiniium series oscilloscope, has a 2.5 GHz bandwidth and a sampling rate of 16 Gsa/s. In addition to analog readings, it can use a sixteen-channel digital port to track digital frames. A 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator is also integrated.
