Any person or company interested in renting a space at 3IT must complete the form below. It will be sent for analysis and a quote will be sent to you by email as soon as possible.

Please note that certain safety training is required to access the various labs. Fees may apply.
Documents to provide
You will need to complete both risk analysis documents in the Risk Analysis section of your work if you are going to use a particular setup for testing, and attach them to this form in the field provided.
