Solitec spreader

Description

Spinner embedded in a workstation in the photolithography sector, it is dedicated to the spreading deposition of contaminating products, but can also be used for the deposition of regular resins. The Solitec spreading device, of old but very robust construction, consists of an analog controller and a spinner with a belt-driven motor. Its rotation speed can reach 10,000 rpm. On the other hand, despite this high speed capacity, it is normally used within limits comparable to the capacities of other spinners, i.e. 6000 rpm and less.
