Intérêts de recherche

My aim is to understand the mechanism of DNA damage induced by biological free radicals and ionizing radiation. We apply this knowledge to determine the role of DNA damage and repair in biological processus related to cancer. The development of assays to measure oxidatively modified DNA in vivo is a priority.
