Intérêts de recherche

Development of mathematical and automatic tools for the fusion and analysis of medical imaging data. More precisely, I am interested in the acquisition, reconstruction and processing of anatomical, diffusion-weighted, functional, angiographic, and molecular images; the ultimate goal being to understand functional coupling between cortical regions and connectivity properties of cerebral tissues.
