Intérêts de recherche

Molecular mechanisms regulating specific intestinal gene transcription will be studied by using cell models and transgenic mice. More precisely, the role of the transcription factors GATA-4, HNF-4, CDP/Cutl1, HNF-1 and NCoR will be studied in relation to the maintenance of the intestinal epithelium and development of intestinal cancer, inflammatory disorders and diabetes.
