Research

At the International Research Center (IRC) at the University of Sherbrooke, research is supported by funding mechanisms designed to foster strategic scientific collaborations, particularly at the international level.

The IRC serves as an interface between research teams, institutes, and partners to promote the development of promising projects.

Particular attention is given to calls for joint projects, especially those dedicated to joint doctoral dissertations, which serve as a key driver for training the next generation of researchers and strengthening partnerships between UdeS and the CNRS.

The supported projects align with the IRC’s thematic areas and draw on the expertise of UdeS and its partner institutes.
