Who can call on the Ombudsman?
The entire university community
The Ombudsman can offer advice, clarify regulations or direct to appropriate resources for related to student rights, particularly for :
- all students, including UTA students;
- all administrative and academic staff;
- postdoctoral fellows.
Students
The Ombudsman may intervene directly in situations involving :
- any person who holds student status in accordance with the Academic Regulations (By-law 2575-009);
- students at the Université du troisième âge (UTA);
- postdoctoral fellows.
A role: to support and intervene to foster a fair and respectful experience within the university community.
