Dr Bayliss obtained her degree in medical studies from the University of Colorado in 1989 and completed her residency in family medicine at Mercy Medical Center, Denver, Colorado in 1992. She completed a research internship on primary care research as well as a master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Colorado in 2000. She is Clinician Researcher at the Clinical Research Unit of Kaiser Permanente and Assistant Clinical Professor at the Department of Family Medicine for the University of Colorado’s Denver Health Sciences Centre. She is interested in investigating improvements to care processes for people with multiple chronic conditions and in methods for the measurement of multimorbidity in health services research.
