Technology Platforms

Several technology platforms are available to research teams. They all offer advanced tools and equipment as well as qualified experts to help accelerate and improve the advancement of research. The Pharmacology Institute of Sherbrooke (IPS) physically hosts the platform for the production of recombinant proteins, the platform for the synthesis of peptides and imaging probes, the bioanalysis platform and a substantial part of the microscopy platform. Other platforms, such as the IPS Chemical Library, the preclinical phenotyping platform and the Sherbrooke Molecular Imaging Centre (CIMS) are also conducive to the advancement of research in pharmacology. All of these platforms contribute to the discovery and development of molecules with diagnostic or therapeutic potential.
