Path of Individual Development (PDI)
We present the Individual Development Plan (PDI), a secure web-based software strongly inspired by the business and management environment with which you can easily know the internship objectives of your intern, the skills he possesses and those he wishes to develop. You will have all the information you need to know more about your intern.
5th week of internship
Once your intern has completed their own PDI, you will receive an email inviting you to review their PDI as a supervisor. You will then be able to access your intern’s PDI at any time, with your email and password you choose.

It is very important to complete your share of the PDI!
This exercise takes little time and your feedback has a real impact on your intern’s professional development.
