Dr. Duperval has been involved with patients in the Sherbrooke area for many years and is known for his extensive clinical expertise and involvement with students.

Professor Duperval’s commitment to the AIDS cause is evident in everything he does and achieves. A founding member of the HIV clinic and proponent of the regional AIDS intervention committee, Dr. Duperval also battles prejudices and myths associated with this disease. He was recently honoured as a “Hero” by the Farha Foundation, the Québec leader in raising funds to help men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS.
