Interaction du statut oxydatif sur la régulation et les mécanismes de transduction des récepteurs dopaminergiques de type D2.

Le projet consiste à évaluer dans quelle mesure le statut oxydatif cellulaire influence le niveau d'expression et le couplage des récepteurs de type D2, notamment par l'intermédiaire de facteurs de transcription redox-sensibles. Il comporte un volet fondamental (étude sur le clone SH-SY5Y) qui permettra de valider hypothèses et techniques ainsi qu'un volet plus clinique (lymphocytes de patients schizophrènes), qui vise à évaluer le stress oxydatif comme mécanisme physiopathologique potentiel dans la schizophrénie résistante.
