Intérêts de recherche

I am an active participant in collaborative research projects addressing diverse inborn errors, including disorders of amino acid metabolism, organic acid metabolism, fatty acidoxidation and mitochondrial function. Some of these studies contribute to the elucidation of etiology, pathogenesis and natural history, while others focus on improvement of diagnostic testing, management or treatment. Approaches include clinical studies of individual patients and families,population-based studies, and more fundamental research using model systems.
