Intérêts de recherche

Je m'intéresse aux mécanismes de recombinaison non homologue qui favorisent la variabilité des îlots génomiques mobiles (modèle l'élément SXT de Vibrio cholerae) chez des espèces bactériennes pathogènes et non pathogènes. Je m'intéresse aussi aux signaux environnementaux qui déclenchent les transferts de gènes entre bactéries.
