Intérêts de recherche

My research interests concentrate on the development of diffuse optical tomographic reconstruction algorithms for applications in fluorescence molecular imaging on small animals, along with the development of instrumentation to realize scanners for these applications.

Activités de collaboration internationale

  • Participant in an international study. (2011-2014). Participated in an international multi-laboratory study on the characterization of biological tissue mimicking turbid media as part of the nEUROPt project funded by the European 7th Framework Programme and led by the Biomedical Optics Group at Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. We carried out measuremnts according to a standardized protocol, provided our results and wrote part of a research article which was recently published in Biomedical Optics Express.
