Intérêts de recherche

Mes activités exploitent des techniques de micro et nanofabrication avancées pour la création de nouveaux microsystèmes et composants semiconducteurs et supraconducteurs. A) Le design et la réalisation de microsystèmes de comptage de photons par intégration 3D (matrice de détecteurs sur électronique de contrôle). B) Le développement des éléments de base pour l'intégration 3D de systèmes supraconducteurs pour l'informatique quantique. Le soutien principal des activités de recherche vient de la physique des astroparticules et de la matière noire (secteur physique subatomique du CRSNG). Collaboration industrielle: Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor (Bromont) - Projet imageur infrarouge, RF MEMS, 3DdSiPM. Projets: 1) 3DdSiPM pour la physique subatomique 2) 3DdSiPM pour la cryoptographie quantique 3) Procédé d'assemblage 3D. 4) Interposeur silicium. 5) Intégration et caractérisation de TSV à isolation organique dans puces CMOS.
