Intérêts de recherche

Les mécanismes moléculaires qui contrôlent la transcription des gènes intestin-spécifiques seront étudiés par l'utilisation de modèles cellulaires et de souris modifiées génétiquement. Plus précisément, le rôle des facteurs GATA-4, HNF4, CDP et Plzf sera évalué en relation avec le maintien de l'épithélium intestinal.
