This microprogram features a learning sequence consisting of three blocks:
The first block consists of one learning activity. New teachers are invited to familiarise themselves with the characteristics of their teaching practice and the challenges related to their integration and professional development.
The second block consists of eight courses; it constitutes the core of the program. New teachers are invited to explore classroom planning, teaching strategies, the evaluation of learning and college level PCK. In each of the eight, new teachers are provided with individualized pedagogical and didactic support in a tutoring format.
The third block involves a course focused on the reflective analysis of one’s emerging practice in order to identify approaches for personal and professional development.
