Partnerships, entrepreneurship and innovation
With its tradition of excellence in partnerships, the Université de Sherbrooke is multiplying business opportunities and developing student entrepreneurship to stimulate innovation. Its partnership and entrepreneurial culture makes it a key partner to carry out the Innovation Zone project.
From research to industry
The Integrated Innovation Chain is a unique concept in North America that has benefited from investments of $1 billion. It brings together the Institut quantique (IQ), the Institut interdisciplinaire d'innovation technologique (3IT) and the Centre de collaboration MiQro Innovation (C2MI). It enables the development of advanced technological solutions thanks to its strong expertise in micro-nanotechnologies.
The UdeS offers many opportunities to support students' entrepreneurial projects. Complementary resources are available to help them develop their entrepreneurial spirit and accompany them in starting a viable and prosperous business.
To meet the innovation needs of organizations, the Business Partnerships Group is dedicated to setting up research projects adapted to the partners' objectives. The UdeS' expertise in all fields is thus transposed to a number of sectors.
