Summer Internships in Quantum Science and Technology
The Institut Quantique at the Université de Sherbrooke invites applications for a summer undergraduate internship program in quantum science. We are aiming to recruit talented undergraduate students from across Canada with an interest in quantum physics or engineering.
The Institut Quantique (IQ) is a research institute at the Université de Sherbrooke that focuses on quantum science and technologies. We bring together experts in quantum materials, quantum information and quantum engineering with the aim of performing top-quality fundamental research and developing the quantum technologies of the future. Students at the IQ have access to state-of-the-art experimental and computational infrastructure.

About the internships
- Paid 4-month internships in experimental or theoretical quantum science
- Participation in summer schools and workshops is encouraged
- Interns are invited to pursue French language courses in parallel
Candidates should be in their 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate studies in physics or engineering and have strong academic performance (average GPA of 3.0 or higher).
