Welcome Guide

Pre-departure steps

You will need to arrange for your housing before arriving in Sherbrooke.

Several options are available to you:

  1. On-campus residences: The Université de Sherbrooke guarantees a room in a residence for international students admitted to a program of study. You must make a deposit of C$305 before the trimester deadline to reserve your room.

Reserve a room

  1. Rent a room in L’Estudiantine, the off-campus housing co-operative:
  2. Rent a furnished room in someone's home
  3. Live in an apartment

To make your housing search easier, consult the Uni-Logi website or our apartments in Longueuil site, in addition to the classified ads.

Once you arrive at Montréal's Trudeau International Airport, you need to head downtown and take an inter-city bus to Sherbrooke, which is located 150 km from Montréal.
