  • Modulation de divers paramètres de santé (sensibilité à l’insuline, maladies cardiovasculaires) par l’activité physique et la nutrition (anti-oxydants, phytoestrogènes, protéines)
  • Composition corporelle au cours du vieillissement : masse maigre et sarcopénie, masse grasse
  • Métabolisme énergétique et des substrats (glucose, protéines) au cours du vieillissement

  • Étude du développement du diabète de type 2 relié au vieillissement et rôle de l’exercice dans la prévention et la gestion
  • Rôle du lait de vache comme collation post-exercice dans la fonction musculaire chez l’homme âgé
  • Relation entre la masse et la fonction musculaire et la sensibilité à l'insuline chez la femme et l’homme âgés et rôle de l’exercice
  • Recommandations d’exercice optimale (gestion de l’intensité) chez la personne âgée
