STEP 1 - Admission

Advanced School of the IRL - Quantum Frontiers

Admission (3 credits)

Deadline : April, 15, 2022

IMPORTANT : If you do not wish to register for credits : go to STEP 2.

  1. Provide the required documents, regarding your status, in .pdf format.
  2. Complete the Admission Form.
  3. Send all documents to the e-mail address shown below.

1)  Required documents for your admission to the School (3 credits)

Select one of the following sections to find out the required documents, depending on your status.

  • Student registered at Sherbrooke University : no document
  • Quebecer :  
    - Permanent Code Number of the Ministry of Education
    - Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Canadian : copy of Birth Certificate
  • Canadian born out of Canada :
    - Copy of the Citizen Card, front and back OR copy of the Permanent Resident Card, front and back + copy of Passport
    - Copy of Birth Certificate
    - Copy of QSC (Quebec Selection Certificate) if required
  • International :
    - Copy of Passport
    - Copy of QSC (Quebec Selection Certificate)
    - Copy of Student Permit

  • Quebecer :
    - Permanent Code Number of the Ministry of Education
    - Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Canadian : copy of Birth Certificate
  • Canadian born out of Canada :
    - Copy of the Citizen Card, front and back OR copy of the Permanent Resident Card, front and back +
    - Copy of Passport
    - Copy of Birth Certificate
  • International :
    - Copy of Passport
    - Copy of Student Permit
     

  • International : copy of Passport

  • Quebecer & Canadian : copy of Birth Certificate
  • Canadian born out of Canada :

    - Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Permanent Resident now Canadian Citizen :
    - Copy of the Citizen Card, front and back
    - Copy of Birth Certificate
  • International : copy of Passport

2)  Admission Form (3 credits)

  • Participants from Quebec and Canada : complete form sections 1 to 8.
  • Other participants : complete sections 1 to 5 and 7 and 8.
  • Fill the Admission Form

3)  Send the form and all required documents
