Scientific Day

A “Scientific Day” is organized annually by the Department of Surgery. Residents and students (Master’s, Doctorate) in basic sciences, doing research in collaboration with faculty members, present the results of their work done during the year to the members of the department. This gives the residents and students a great opportunity to build a network of contacts and establish collaborations, and to discover an interest in research.

The “Scientific Day” is an Accredited Group Learning Activity as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
