Solid / liquid interaction: homogenization by a surface wave

The subject is the study and realization of an experimental system for homogenizing a more or less viscous liquid at its interface with a microfluidic channel.

The candidate must be in the final year of engineering school or Master. Knowledge in fluid mechanics and simulation or open-mindedness and large experimental capacity.

Development and / or validation of integrated biosensors

Medical diagnosis faces many challenges due to the length of tests, the amount of samples needed, the cost or effectiveness of current tools. At the interface between engineering and medicine, the proposed internship topic focuses on the development of miniaturized biosensors aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the medical diagnosis of tomorrow. Conception and realization of a packaging for high temperature sensor

The subject of the internship is to design a packaging capable of holding 1000°C and protect an anti-pollution sensor during the regeneration of the particulate filter of a motor vehicle.

The candidate must be in M2R or last year engineering school, specialty science of materials

The subject is to establish an adhesive selection protocol for different applications, according to their mechanical, optical and process requirements

The candidate must be in the final year of engineering school in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical / microelectronics, materials engineering or other relevant disciplines; excellent experimental skills. Work experience in clean rooms is an asset.

Virtual qualification platform for the encapsulation of microelectronic components

The subject of the internship is to set up a complete virtual qualification (VQ) platform applied to the complex engineering problems encountered during the manufacturing of microelectronic chips.

The candidate must have a background in mechanical engineering / materials / microelectronics, be in the process of completing a master's degree or in the last year of an engineering degree: Skills in the following areas: Finite Elements, Numerical Simulation, Programming Language (eg Python).
