The Université de Sherbrooke is pleased to offer its community the opportunity to take part in the GPDN Virtual Career Symposium. As a partner institution, the UdeS allows graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to register free of charge for this event. 

Organized annually by the Graduate and Postdoctoral Development Network (GPDN), this virtual career symposium for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows focuses on professional development and career exploration. The program includes inspiring keynote addresses and presentations led by network members and invited experts, covering a wide range of topics such as professional self-assessment, résumé writing, informational interviews, and networking. 

The 2025 edition will be held online from Tuesday, October 19 to Thursday October 23 from approximately 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET each day.  

This must-attend event offers:
• Professional development workshops
• Career exploration opportunities
• Networking with industry experts

Registration is free for participants from the Université de Sherbrooke.
Most of the sessions are in English.
