Through a holistic approach, this course aims to take a look at various techniques, methods, and paradigms, from both a quantitative and qualitative point of view, to properly manage procurement, production and distribution of products and services at a strategic, tactical, and operational level. It is emphasized that this varies from one organization to another depending on the specificity of the offered products and services.

Contenu

Location and layout, demand management, operation planning and control, inventory management, total quality management, Lean School, productivity management, procurement, distribution, logistics chain management, sustainable operations management, information systems, and performance indicators. Various trends in the field are discussed, with an emphasis on the practical aspect rather than on the theoretical aspect.
