Knowledge at Work: A Warm Welcome
Welcome to the Research Institute on Educational Practices (RIEP) website. The RIEP unites researchers, centres and teams from eight of the university's nine faculties under a common research objective: to adopt an interdisciplinary approach to educational practices.
As one of the Université de Sherbrooke's five institutes, the RIEP defines, coordinates and conducts research activities in consultation with various milieus of practice. Its aim is to take concrete action on problems and questions in line with human development, both individual and collective.
Over the years the Université de Sherbrooke has emerged as a true leader when it comes to research and creation. Over 3,200 people devote their time, energy, talent and knowledge to research activities across the university's various faculties.
