To help the Anglophone students, we reproduced the online application and indicated the fields to be completed. You will also find at the end of the document the list of required documents and the information about the fees.
Entrance requirements

General Admission
To be admitted in the program, you must apply for admission to the Université de Sherbrooke Registrar’s Office. To do so, you must :
- Fill out the online application form using the English Application Guide.
- Send by mail the various required documents (refer to page 9 of the English Application Guide) as well as the assessed fees (refer to page 10 of the English Application Guide) so we can process your application.
- Send your resume and intention letter to the admission committee at the following address : isa-med@USherbrooke.ca.
Once your application is filled out and submitted, it will be evaluated according to the entrance requirements mentioned above.
Course Registration
In the event that your application is accepted, the Registrar’s Office will contact you by mail. Subsequently, we can proceed with the course registration process.
